Our event begins with a reception featuring appetizers\, drinks\, a unique meet and greet with live animals\, and a silent auction benefiting Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s community conservation programs. SUMMARY:Delhi Sand Dune Habitat Restoration Volunteer Event
DESCRIPTION:This event is currently at max volunteer capacity. To be added to our waitlist\, email Angie at aleon@riversandlastg.wpenginepowered.com! \n  \nVolunteer to help restore Delhi Sand Dune habitat with us on Saturday\, October 25th from 9am-12pm at a unique conservation site located in the Jurupa Hills! Participating volunteers will be assisting with California native plant seed collection and vegetation thinning activities to support habitat restoration for the endangered Delhi Sands flower-loving fly and other wildlife that call the Delhi Sand Dunes home. Volunteers will be walking approximately 1-2 miles over uneven\, dirt terrain for the duration of the event.
