SUMMARY:Oak Watering Volunteer Event!
DESCRIPTION:Volunteer with Rivers & Lands Conservancy staff on Saturday\, August 17th to help take care of our oak restoration sites at our Cienega Canyon Preserve. We will be hand watering young oak seedlings to help give them their best chance of survival through the summer heat. All ages are welcome to attend. Volunteers will be carrying water and walking over approximately 1-3 miles of dirt trails. Portions of the trail can be uneven and can include some uphill and downhill terrain. Please note\, there is no restroom on site. \nInterested volunteers must RSVP ahead of time to Angie at aleon@riversandlastg.wpenginepowered.com.
