As the temperatures get hotter this summer, our recently-planted oak seedlings need a little extra water in the upcoming weeks! Join RLC staff at our Cienega Canyon Preserve as we water and weed our newly-planted oak seedlings to give them their best chance at survival. WHO: All ages are welcome to attend. Participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain, bend and squat during the event. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire event.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear long pants, comfortable closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots are fine), and refillable water bottle. Work tools, gloves, and water for refilling your water bottle will be provided. Please note that there are no restrooms onsite.
