Support Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s Work & Community Programs
Rivers & Lands Conservancy connects our community to natural, wild, and open spaces of Southern California through land conservation, stewardship, and education. This includes our Acorns to Oaks environmental education program serving youth in Riverside County, our Delhi Sand Dunes Conservation program, our California Native Gardens program and a variety of community habitat restoration and beautification events powered by volunteers.
Corporate sponsorships help to support all these programs which are provided to the community at no charge and supported by grants, donations, and sponsorships.

$5,000 –Sponsor a Beautification EventÂ
Sponsor an event to help beautify one of Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s project sites. Possible activities include trash clean up, graffiti abatement, and weeding. Sites include beautification along the Santa Ana River Trail in the City of Riverside, Rivers & Lands Conservancy conservation properties, and our community-planted California native plant gardens. These efforts are a wonderful way to have a positive impact on the open spaces we enjoy as a community, while working together. Each event can host up to 20 volunteers, with the option of making the event exclusive to your team or open to the public. (Please note that event timing and activities are dependent on seasonal weather and property needs.)

$7,500 – Sponsor a Habitat Restoration Event
Sponsor a habitat restoration volunteer event on one of Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s preserves. Events may include activities such as seed collection, planting native plants, or dune stabilization. These events are an excellent opportunity to learn a bit about the restoration of some of our region’s most sensitive habitats while helping native plants and wildlife thrive. Events can host up to 30 volunteers with the option of being an exclusive event for your team or open to the public. (Please note that event timing is dependent on seasonal weather and the habitat restoration requirements of our preserves.)

$10,000 – Sponsor a California Native Plant Garden
Sponsor one of our community planted California Native Plant Gardens in the city of Riverside for one year. Recognizing that native plants are currently facing increasing threats from habitat loss, changes in climate, and the introduction of non-native species, Rivers & Lands Conservancy is working to meet these challenges by creating native plant gardens within our built communities. Our vision is to weave a patchwork of micro gardens into a larger quilt of restored habitat while also working with community partners to beautify public spaces. This sponsorship supports Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s oversight and community volunteer events for weeding and planting in these local gardens which are open to the public.
Work days at the garden can support up to 30 volunteers with the option of making events exclusive to your team or open to the public. Event specifics and promotion of your sponsorship can be further tailored. Please inquire for more information
